Hamptons Barn Gets Upcycled

Not all buildings need to be constructed new. Take this old barn located on our client's property in the Hamptons, which we gave a new life as a poolhouse.

The barn was originally intended for storage, but no longer proving useful.
We scouted out various potential uses and locations to repurpose the building.

Eventually, we settled on relocating the building next to the upgraded pool.
Alongside Jason Klinge Residential Construction, we were able to move the building structure without having to disassemble it.

The finishing touch to the project was upgrading the pool.
New landscaping and pavers alongside The Laurel Group and remodeling the barn's interior allows the building to function as a pool house.
