Our Second Passive House in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District
Sustainability
We're happy to announce that our second Brooklyn Heights Historic District Passive project has been certified by Passive House Institute to meet the EnerPHit standard.
In an effort to defy the narrow dimensions of the house, we created a 2-story dining space centered on a rear bay extension that opens to a rear patio. The focal point is accentuated by a double height Bocci chandelier, which we custom designed to fit the complex space. The project was a true team collaboration to achieve the technical requirements for Passive House and the design vision of the clients.
