Carroll Gardens Passive House featured on Robb Report

We're excited that our recently completed project was featured on Robb Report!
The project, as writer Abby Montanez notes, "takes it to the next level, blending historic charm with sustainable technologies." As a passive house, the project is highly energy efficient and is as comfortable and healthy inside as it is thoughtfully designed. We were grateful to work with an amazing team to complete the project, including Marc Fabris, Lindsay Barranco, and Michael Ingui of Ingui Architecture, BZJ Construction, Claire Fleming of BIA Interiors, and bldgtyp.
Huge thanks to Ellen Gottlieb of Corcoran, the listing agent for the project, and Cathy Hobbs of Cathy Hobbs Design Recipes, who staged the house. We'd also like to recognize the manufacturers who made the passive house elements of the project a success, including Ikon Windows and Doors, Lamilux Skylights, Sto, Stego, Rockwool, Greenfiber Cellulose, Owens Corning Insulation, Zehnder, Mitsubishi, and AO Smith.
