Our Greek Revival Rowhouse in Brownstoner
Our Greek Revival Rowhouse was featured on Brownstoner's The Insider last week!
Joey Chemello sat down with Cara Greenburg to discuss the updates we made to the home's main living spaces, our restoration efforts, and the personal touches we added into the house.
The project was brought to us by a family that was happy with the amount of space the house provided, but wanted to rethink a few key, under-utilized elements and spatial connections in order to provide a better flow for their family's daily life and spaces for entertaining.
We'd like to thank Cara and Brownstoner for another excellent feature, as well as the entire project team:
Amy Failla, Joey Chemello, and Michael Ingui of Ingui Architecture
RJD Engineering
And our awesome clients.

The Insider: Sweeping Reno Touches Every Floor of Brooklyn Heights Townhouse
The chief driving factor behind the full-on renovation of this mid-19thh century brick townhouse was the inadequate existing kitchen, located in a narrow wood addition across the back of the parlor floor and lacking a proper connection to the rear yard.
