This Brooklyn Heights renovation began as an endeavor to bring back the home's original single-family splendor by reimagining the existing, compartmentalized maze of apartments.

Note from the Architect

Because the home sits in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District, we took care to ensure the exterior integrated seamlessly with surrounding historic buildings. Adhering to the Passive House standard created a high-performance, energy efficient, and thoughtfully designed home.
